I became an educator because… I believe that every student in our community deserves equitable access to the resources they need to thrive.

Prior to Equitas, I… had the privilege of working with a back-office provider, supporting charter schools, and Camino Nuevo Charter Academy. With 14 years of experience under my belt, I've honed the skills necessary to make meaningful contributions to Equitas' mission.

I chose Equitas because… I wholeheartedly believe in its mission and vision. Being part of my community, I am deeply connected to Equitas and resonate with its core values.

Outside of school, I enjoy… I find joy in spending quality time with family, savoring carne asadas, following sports, working out, and traveling. My beloved pets, Paco (Poochon) and Rayo (Basset Hound), are the heart of my home, bringing joy and companionship to my life every day.
