I became an educator because… Becoming a teacher was a natural choice for me because I've always been passionate about sharing knowledge. My second and fifth grade teachers were incredibly influential in shaping my love for learning, and I wanted to pay that forward by inspiring future generations.

Prior to Equitas, I… worked for an insurance company and was a stay at home mom to my now 7 year old.

I chose Equitas because… the values Equitas holds are aligned with my own personal values.

Outside of school, I enjoy… creating art, relaxing at home and finding new adventures to explore with my little one.
