I became an educator because… My family has always placed high value on education. I've been fortunate in that my parents really advocated for high-quality education both for my sister and me. But high-quality education shouldn't have to be hard to find or expensive.

Prior to Equitas, I… was in grad school to earn my teaching credential.

I chose Equitas because… it was near where I lived.

Outside of school, I enjoy… reading, watching movies and sports, playing my instruments, and being in nature
