I became an educator because… growing up school was something that did not come to me naturally. What made it even harder is not having an educator to look up too, so I decided to become one to give scholars a role model maybe they can one day cherish and admire.

Prior to Equitas, I… was a soccer coach and program assistant for an after school soccer program called Girls Leading Girls.

I chose Equitas because… I feel included, safe and heard.

Outside of school, I enjoy… Sleeping, hanging out with friends and being with family.
