I became an educator because… I lived through educational inequities and wanted to do something about it!

Prior to Equitas, I… supported HR, compliance, and organizational strategy operations at other charter networks throughout Los Angeles.

I chose Equitas because… I believe that Equitas is doing the hard work of looking internally to improve ourselves as a place to work, a place to learn, and a place to thrive.

Outside of school, I enjoy… creative writing, spending time with family, and long walks with my dog.
