I became an educator because… of the children I worked with in my teen years. I knew that this was the career for me as each day with them brought me joy.

Prior to Equitas, I… taught 5th and 6th Social Studies, and Robotics/Engineering to 8th graders at a charter school in Inglewood. Additionally, I worked as a long term substitute for a private school.

I chose Equitas because… its mission and organizational management were impressive.

Outside of school, I enjoy… acting, doing voice-overs, and being out in nature; especially at the beach.
