I became an educator because… I always loved school so I naturally gravitated to the eduction field. Currently I do teach but I would love to one day be a school psychologist.

Prior to Equitas, I… I was a substitute teacher before Equitas. It was so fun because I got to work at a different school everyday !

I chose Equitas because… When I first came to substitute teach at EQ2, it was love at first sight. I was motivated by the way leaders and teachers spoke. The environment was organized, clean and crisp. Most importantly I saw an opportunity to grow in a place that was going to challenge and support me. Thank you EQ2!

Outside of school, I enjoy… Eating at new restaurants, watching my boys play in our backyard and listening to music as I pretend I am in a music video.
