Substitute Teacher

I became an educator because… I want to contribute to student’s wellbeing and success, and make sure kids have fun learning and growing.

Prior to Equitas, I… was a first grade teacher in Texas.

I chose Equitas because… when I walked into EQ3 for the first time, there was so much joy and collaboration. I could tell Equitas cared about making school joyful and inviting for everyone.

Outside of school, I enjoy… hiking, playing with my cats, spending time with my husband and friends, and cooking.
