Recreational Aide

I became an educator because… I always wanted to be another helpful resource why a student succeeds whether it be academically or behavioral. The opportunity to motivate scholars to let them be aware that they are capable of doing more than they think.

Prior to Equitas, I… worked for the City of Compton as part of the Recreational Department. Where I assisted with implementing activities and helped with coaching for the youth sports program.

I chose Equitas because… I wanted to experience a new opportunity. First time working in educational environment.

Outside of school, I enjoy… playing and watching sports. Competitively I have played soccer, football, and volleyball. However, some of my hobbies are attending LAFC games, bowling, and playing golf. Lastly, I have a beautiful all black German Shepherd named Rocco.
