I became an educator because… I believe that all students deserve to go to a school where they are seen, heard, and valued.

Prior to Equitas, I… was a school administrator in South East Los Angeles.

I chose Equitas because… I want to work for an organization that sees our families as partner in the work we do.

Outside of school, I enjoy… Spending time with my husband and daughter.
